This policy explains what information All Food Markets collects when you use this website and how it is used.

Information you give us

When you add a business, claim a listing or suggest a correction, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address and phone number, along with the business information. We use this to review the submission, contact you about it, and publish approved business details. We do not publish your personal contact details unless you entered them as the business's public contact information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the site. Form submissions store a one-way hash of the IP address to help prevent spam.

Location

The “near me” feature asks your browser for your location only after you choose to use it. Your coordinates are used to find nearby listings for that request and are not stored.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use advertising cookies. Maps on listing pages load map tiles from a third-party map provider, and “Directions” links open Google Maps; those services receive standard request information under their own privacy policies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy first.

Retention

Submissions that are not approved are deleted after 12 months. Approved business information is kept while the listing is published.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted by emailing advisor@allfoodmarkets.com.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
